MichaelMichael McIntire

Michael McIntire is the Vice President of Glutz-McIntire Photography as well as one of our photographers. His passion for photography began at the age of 14 and he has since seized every available opportunity to improve that ability. His decision to become a full time photographer was solidified while spending two years as a missionary in Guatemala. Capturing images of the people and exotic locations intensified his passion for the art of photography.

Michael pursued a degree in business management with the hopes of one day owning his own studio. After graduating from Utah Valley University, he moved to Cincinnati where he accepted a co-manager position at The Kroger Company. Later, he was soon recruited by a local photographer to help manage the daily activities of his studio and further his training in photography. Three years later, Michael was able to capture his dream when he and his father-in-law opened a studio in Loveland, OH. In May of 2010, Glutz Photography founder Robert Glutz reached out to Kevin and Michael and helped shape the path to acquire what has now become Glutz-McIntire Photography.

Whether it’s a family portrait or an advertising campaign, Michael loves working with clients to create stunning images to meet their vision.

Glutz-McIntire Photography President and CEO, Kevin Husted, spent 44 years in the grocery retailing industry before retiring and switching gears to the photography business. Most of that time was spent in leadership roles for major retailers helping his teams execute strategies and contributing to the overall productivity of the companies he worked for. In addition to his many accolades and certifications throughout the years, he has developed a passion for working with customers and leading his team members. So when the opportunity was presented to partner with Michael and take on the challenge of running a photography studio, it was a perfect fit.

From the first day he took on the role of President and CEO, he has constantly strived to improve the customer experience and continues working to ensure our customers receive the product quality and service that they’ve come to expect from us.

Tenaha is a fine art photographer specializing in book and printmaking.  She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in 2013 from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (DAAP) program, where she focused on conceptual and documentary photography. She has exhibited her works in numerous galleries throughout Cincinnati, including the Contemporary Arts Center in 2009 and a larger scale installation for the Factory Square Fine Arts Festival as a part of parProjects in 2011.

In the last few years, Tenaha has expanded her love for photography when she found that she really enjoyed portrait photography.  She believes nothing compares to the joy of capturing a joyous moment with her client and sharing that experience with them through imagery.

Native to the area, she loves to donate her time and volunteers at local shelters and community improvement projects.  One of her latest was the “Over-the-Rhine” beautification project working with “Keep Cincinnati Beautiful.”

Originally a business major at Southern State, Alysia officialy began pursuing her lifelong calling to be a photographer more than ten years ago as a student at Antonelli College. Since then, photography has given her the opportunity to travel the states and to Europe, study fashion photography in Paris, shoot Haute Couture, Weddings, and major commercial advertising campaigns, as well as an opportunity to work in the music industry with up and coming country musicians.

The personal journey and obstacles she has overcome allows her to fully understand what a blessing and a miracle it is to be a part of life’s most precious days. Her passion and purpose is capturing a glimpse of those magical times in the lives of her clients with tender and artistic visuals, and preserving those memories in permanent works of art to be treasured for generations.

When she’s not shooting, Alysia enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children as well as volunteering for multiple local and national charities.
